Exam Policies

Exam Registration

Candidates must complete the full registration and payment process before gaining access to any exam booking portal.
All personal details provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
FRC reserves the right to deny or cancel registrations containing false or misleading information.
Exam bookings re confirmed only once payment has been received in full or as part of an approved instalment plan.

Exam Format and Delivery

Exams may be conducted online through FRC’s secure testing platform or in collaboration with approved examination partners.
Candidates must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device to complete the assessment.
FRC is not responsible for connectivity issues, software conflicts, or hardware failures on the candidate’s side.
Any unauthorised recording, screen capture, or distribution of exam content is strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.

Exam Conduct and Integrity

Candidates must complete their exams independently and adhere to the principles of honesty, integrity, and professional ethics.
The use of unauthorised materials, assistance from others, or attempts to manipulate the testing environment will result in immediate disqualification.
FRC may employ monitoring tools, including AI proctoring and identity verification, to ensure exam integrity.
Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation will result in permanent suspension from all FRC programmes and memberships.

Technical Support During Exams

Technical assistance is available via email or live support during designated exam windows.
Candidates must report technical issues immediately during the exam session.
Claims submitted after the exam window closes may not be eligible for review or rescheduling.
Verified technical disruptions caused by FRC’s platform may qualify for a one-time reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Exam Cancellation and Deferral

All FRC exams are non-refundable. Candidates must confirm their readiness and availability before booking.5.1 Cancellations

Once an exam has been scheduled, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
Failure to attend or complete a scheduled exam without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full exam fee.

5.2 Deferrals

Requests to defer an exam must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
All deferral requests must be sent in writing to info@financialregulationcourses.com and include valid documentation.
Approved deferrals may be subject to an administrative fee.
Deferrals are not permitted within seven (7) days of the scheduled exam date or once the exam window has opened.
In exceptional cases — such as verified medical emergencies or confirmed platform errors — FRC may offer a one-time reschedule at its discretion.

5.3 Forfeiture of Exam Fees

Missed, incomplete, or unauthorised exam attempts are considered forfeited.
Rebooking requires a new registration and payment.

Results and Certification

Exam results will be issued within the time frame specified for each qualification.
All results are final unless a formal review is requested within five (5) business days of receiving the outcome.
FRC reserves the right to withhold results or certifications pending completion of identity or compliance checks.
Certificates are issued digitally through the FRC platform to verified candidates only.

Appeals and Reviews

Candidates may request an appeal or review of their exam result by submitting a written request to info@financialregulationcourses.com within five (5) business days of result release.
Appeals are reviewed by an independent academic panel.
The decision of the review panel is final and binding.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

All exam data, results, and candidate information are processed in accordance with FRC’s Privacy Policy.
Exam content, scoring methodologies, and grading systems remain confidential and are protected by intellectual property law.

Amendments to Exam Policy

FRC reserves the right to modify or update these Exam Policies at any time to reflect changes in operational, legal, or academic standards. Updates will be published on our official website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
