All FRC exams are
non-refundable. Candidates must confirm their readiness and availability before booking.
5.1 Cancellations- Once an exam has been scheduled, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
- Failure to attend or complete a scheduled exam without prior notice results in forfeiture of the full exam fee.
5.2 Deferrals- Requests to defer an exam must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
- All deferral requests must be sent in writing to info@financialregulationcourses.com and include valid documentation.
- Approved deferrals may be subject to an administrative fee.
- Deferrals are not permitted within seven (7) days of the scheduled exam date or once the exam window has opened.
- In exceptional cases — such as verified medical emergencies or confirmed platform errors — FRC may offer a one-time reschedule at its discretion.
5.3 Forfeiture of Exam Fees- Missed, incomplete, or unauthorised exam attempts are considered forfeited.
- Rebooking requires a new registration and payment.
